Post-flood review of RDOS praises volunteers
On August 18, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) board of directors got their first look at an “after action review,” or AAR, of 2021’s atmospheric river flooding that they commissioned from Cailan Emergency Management Solutions.
