Real estate sales in the South Okanagan are up 42 per cent over last year.
So says the South Okanagan Real Estate Board, reporting there were 198 units sold in September 2019 compared to 140 sold during the same period in 2018.

The report indicates the total dollar value of sales last month was $89,474,730, compared to $60,977,338 in September of last year.
In Osoyoos, there were 35 sales last month, compared to eight in September of 2018. The average selling price there for a single family home was $649,260 this year, compared to $502,000 last year.
There were 17 sales in Oliver last month, compared to 13 in September of 2018. The average selling price of a single family residence was $516,420 this year, compared to $393,437 last year.
