In fact, Kendra Leinor and her younger sister Mataya are the top academic students at Southern Okanagan Secondary School this year.
The duo took the highest honours today during an awards ceremony recognizing pupils and their accomplishments.
Mataya won the Junior Academic Cup with a 98 per cent average, while Kendra won the Senior Cup, also with a 98 per cent. (Kendra won the Junior Cup last year).
