The Rotary Club of Oliver Southern Okanagan Secondary School Student of the Month for November 2024 is Abbygail Wolfe.
Abbygail is an active member in many areas of Southern Okanagan Secondary School (SOSS). She is a member of the Junior Ultimate and Senior Girl’s Volleyball teams at SOSS and represents Oliver in Storm Club Volleyball.
She shares her talents in fine arts as a major contributor to the musical theatre program. This year Abby graced the stage as Vi Moore, one of the main characters in the production of Footloose.
When the opportunity arises she volunteers her time at the school as a Hornet Homie who welcomes new students to the school and in helping to build school culture.
The Rising Stars showcase assemblies find Abbygail singing and sharing for the community as well. Her volunteer work includes the Oliver Triathlon on an annual basis.
She wears her heart on her sleeve and is always willing to help friends, neighbours, and anyone who is in need.
