Ambulance personnel attended a Tucelnuit Drive residence this afternoon after a reported distress call.
A reported female in distress resulted in a 9-1-1 call to the 6700 block of Tucelnuit Drive late this afternoon.
The Oliver Fire Department was called to assist with gaining entry into a residence, but was soon called off when ambulance personnel managed to get into the house.
It is unknown what the problem was, but dispatch told the fire department that a female was upstairs pounding on the floor, asking for help.
Police left the scene soon after arrival.
