Real estate board reports sales increase
November real estate statistics in the South Okanagan are giving realtors a reason to smile.
The South Okanagan Real Estate Board reports that sales increased by 21 per cent with 149 units selling in November 2019, compared to 123 units sold during the same period in 2018.
Total sales dollar volume increased by 32 per cent for a total of $67.4 million in November 2019, compared to $51 million in November 2018.
The board reports that the average residential sale price last month was $418,150.
In Oliver, the average selling price last month was $543,750, compared to $406,360 in November 2018.
In Osoyoos, the average selling price last month was $442,300, compared to $474,167 in November 2018.
