Osoyoos RCMP are investigating two break-ins, both of which were reported on Sunday.
Suspects broke into a garage on 87th Street and stole a black 1988 Ford Mustang and a black and yellow Bombardier XP Seadoo and numerous tools worth about $15,000.
At a Fuji Court residence, investigation revealed that someone entered the home between Feb. 26 and March 1.
While inside, the suspects cooked food, indicating they stayed a while. Before leaving, they stole two televisions and antiques.
RCMP said a small red car was seen in the driveway. The car was noted to have either a small dent or a piece missing below the right taillight.
