Pickleball Canada BC Ambassador Mike Carter recently presented Grade 8 students and physical education director Steve Podmorow from Southern Okanagan Secondary School with $3,000 worth of pickleball paddles manufactured by Manta World Sport.
Other contributors include Oliver Elks, Oliver Senior Centre, Royal Canadian Legion, Gord Young Plumbing, Curtis Hamilton, Mike Wood, Kim Coleman, Mark Tamblyn, and pickleball clubs from Penticton, Oliver and Rock Creek.
