An Osoyoos woman free on bail from a drug-related arrest in Osoyoos in May has once again found herself in trouble with the law.
Tracy Carriere, 38, was arrested in Okanagan Falls on July 2 after allegedly trying to sell a small amount of crystal methamphetamine to an undercover member of the Penticton RCMP drug unit.
She was charged with one count of trafficking methamphetamine, one count of possession for the purposes of trafficking methamphetamine and two counts of breach of an undertaking relating to her bail conditions from an earlier arrest.
Police said the trafficking charge stems from a related incident in Penticton.
Carriere was also arrested on May 21 with three other people following a raid at an Osoyoos residence on Hwy. 97.
Members of the Osoyoos RCMP and the Penticton RCMP drug task force found roughly one ounce of crystal methamphetamine, fewer than 10 ecstasy pills, five grams of crack, an ounce of cocaine and a small amount of marijuana in the residence during the bust.
Carriere is charged with three counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking from that incident and her next court appearance is scheduled for July 20.
Two other people arrested in the May bust, Kelly Dumas, a 33-year-old Surrey man, and Kelly Rideout, a 33-year-old Chilliwack woman, are each charged with three counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking.
Dumas is scheduled to appear in court on July 16 and Rideout is scheduled to appear on July 20.
