Osoyoos opens grant applications for community groups

The Town of Osoyoos has announced it is now accepting applications for the two grant programs it operates – Community Service Grant Program and the Resort Municipality Initiative – Visitor Activity Enhancement Funding .

The Town assists non-profit organizations and community groups each year by offering the Community Service grants and also offers funds through the provincial funded RMI grants. Decisions are made by the Town’s Grant Evaluation Committee made up of two councillors and one staff member according to specific criteria.

For more information and application forms visit osoyoos.ca/community-groups or alternatively hard copies can be picked up at Town Hall, Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. or at the Sonora Community Centre.

Applications must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 31.
