Oliver Osoyoos Search and Rescue (OOSAR) will be hosting its 2nd annual fundraising dinner and silent auction at Watermark Beach Resort in Osoyoos on Friday, June 20.
It will feature a meal prepared by chef Adair Scott and his staff, plus door prizes and live music by Rich Woods.
The banquet will help raise funds to equip OOSAR’s new hall (at the Oliver airport) with furniture and other items needed to run the organization out of one location. This will result in quicker response times to callouts, and more organized training nights with everything in one location.
Tickets are $60 each, or tables of eight go for $400 ($50 per ticket).
