A 37-year-old Oliver resident, Brooks Vandenbroek, has pled guilty to a total of 18 charges from Osoyoos, Oliver and Penticton.

Vandenbroek was arrested last Thursday, June 18 for break and enter and theft relating to a break-in at Joe’s Plumbing and Heating, Osoyoos RCMP said in a news release.

He was also charged with other offences including fraud and mail theft.

He was released on a conditional sentence order with numerous conditions.

The RCMP said any breach of a conditional sentence order would result in the offender having to serve the remainder of his sentence in custody.
