Oysters were in the spotlight last weekend when Osoyoos hosted its annual Oyster Festival.
On Saturday night, while hockey fans were cheering on their Canucks, or Flames, the Sage Pub in Osoyoos was hosting the Amateur Shuck’n Suck Competition.
The big winner was Andrew Cook of Oliver, who showed off his technique in front of the Sage Pub after the event.
