It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of long time Osoyoos resident Robert (Bob) Bryan.

Bob passed away September 1, 2019 with his wife Barbara by his side.

Bob was born in Penticton and spent his early childhood living in Okanagan Falls.

In 1947 Bob moved with his family to Osoyoos.

In his early years Bob worked on the local ranches, before starting his career in the logging industry.

In 1957 Bob married Barbara Smith, who had arrived from England in 1945 after World War Two.

Bob loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping with family and friends.

Bob was predeceased by his daughter Rhonda in 2009.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Barbara, his son Gordon (Lynette).

Six grandchildren, Robert Jr., Cody, Reece (Janna), Echo (Jorge), Marcus and Thea.

The family would like to thank the staff on DS 2 Mariposa Gardens for their loving and compassionate care in Bob’s final days.

As per Bob’s wishes there will be no funeral.
