Richard was born in Calder, Saskatchewan and passed away peacefully at the age of 91 in Osoyoos. He is survived by his loving wife, Liz and his children, Tiffany McBurney (Kyle), Maureen Johnson (BJ), Bob Schnider (Shannon) and Cindy Payne (Jack). He leaves eleven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Our hearts are heavy but our memories will keep him close.

There will be a service on Monday, February 24th, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church in Osoyoos.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Lutheran World Relief would be appreciated.
