Ralph was 69 years old and passed away suddenly with complications on December 23 2020.
Ralph was a retired Fire Captain for the City of Vancouver. Captain Renzetti retired June 30 2009 after 30 years of service and missed working with his brothers at the fire department.
He is survived by his wife Paulette Woschee-Renzetti of 27 years. Survived by his brother Gary Renzetti (Ontario), sister Joan Yee (Surrey) and predeceased brother Wayne Renzetti (Alberta). Survived by his daughter Maryanne Renzetti, grand daughter Ava Bulat (Maple Ridge) and son Eric Renzetti. He also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Ralph wanted a destination wedding and married his wife 26 years ago on January 8 by the beach while the sun was going down in Mazatlan, Mexico.
Ralph also loved to travel to Costa Rica, Brazil, Panama, Cuba, Dominican Republic and other places in Mexico. He and his wife met many people in their travels and remained good friends.
Ralph loved to fish and his place of choice was Sheridan Lake.
Ralph’s other passion was going to the gym. He won several contests in body building and came in third in the worlds heavy weight lifting championship.
Other passions were singing, photography, astronomy and using his quail caller.
He and his wife moved from Maple Ridge to Oliver 3-1/2 years ago and never looked back.
Ralph was a gentle giant, heart of gold, good sense of humour and loved his family.
Ralph’s legacy will continue to live on in heaven.
There will be a celebration of life sometime this year in Oliver (pending Covid).
