On Thursday, June 23, 2022, Mr. Luciano Pianezolla of Osoyoos passed away peacefully after a long illness at the age of 88 years.  He was predeceased by his father, Luigi Pianezzola; mother, Anna Marin Pianezzola and brother, Luigi Pianezzola

Luciano will be fondly remembered by his loving family including wife, Concepcion Pianezzola; son, James Pianezzola; granddaughters, Rebeca Pianezzola and Isabella Pianezzola; stepdaughters, Barbara Villasenor, Hugo Valerio and Fawzia Fabiola Abuxaqui; step-granddaughters, Lilian Isabel Guerrero, Kathya Elizabeth Guerrero, Astrid Andrea Hernandez, Ayzel Melissa Flores Abuxaqui and Cinthia Fabiola Flores Abuxaqui; step-grandsons, William Flores Abuxaqui and Diego Emilio Guerrero; in-laws, Moises Villasenor Ramirez, Marisela Villasenor Ramirez, Maria Villasenor Ramirez, Judith Villasenor Ramirez, Felipe de Jesus Villasenor Ramirez and Lourdes Villasenor Ramirez.

Over the years Luciano owned and ran many businesses including Lucian”os Company from 1952- 1980. He also provided wellness and hair style for Hollywood stars and developed a Commercial Mall in Sorrento, BC. He was even awarded a Vidal Sassoon Hairstyle Diploma. Luciano then settled in Osoyoos many years ago and started and ran his last business, Bonnie Doon Health LTD.

Luciano enjoyed fishing, selling crafts, selling crystal and jewelry from all over the world at the market, traveling to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and spending time at Shuswap Lake

Luciano’s Catholic faith was very important to him. He was proud to have served in the military and was a war veteran.
