It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Eveline Deeg (nee Adams), on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at the age of 91 years at McKinney Place, Oliver, B.C.

Eveline was born in Okotoks, AB, to Maxine and Sydney Adams, the eldest of five girls.

She was predeceased by sisters Beverly, Eva, Thelma, and son Kenneth Fowler (Cathy), and cat Andy. Eveline is survived by her sister Dorren Koral (Joe) of West Kelowna. Children Ivy George (Oliver), Stanley Fowler (Vernon), Linda Liddiatt (White Rock), and Lyneve Cooper (Danny), of Oliver, 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Eveline enjoyed a long and successful career in Hairdressing, owning her own business, “Eveline’s Beauty Shop” in Edmonton, AB. In Oliver she worked at “Sundance Hair Care”, and at her daughter Lyneve’s shop, “Precisely You.”

In her spare time Eveline loved to cook and bake, sharing the fruits of her labour with family and friends. No only did mom make the best white Christmas cake, every Christmas we couldn’t wait to satisfy our taste buds. As well, all year round she would surprise us with her awesome pies.

We wish to thank the staff of McKinney Place for mom’s care over the past two years. We are especially grateful to those who were by her side during her final hours.

No service will be held by mom’s request.
