Edna Irma Goertzen, late of Oliver, BC, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2021 with her children by her side. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Rob (Roo); daughter, Cindy; sister, Dorothy; grandchildren, Curtis (Karen), Kyle, Darian (Adam), Emily, Taylor, Kenna, Kelli, and Cassandra; as well as many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Charlie; parents, Peter and Susan Peters.

Family was everything to Edna, she enjoyed spending time with them and caring for her husband Charlie. She looked forward to her many visits to the coast to visit family and her trip to Thailand with Charlie. She also spent many years working for Sears and was always available to help out at Church functions. She also enjoyed playing bingo and Yahtzee with her grandchildren and Charlie. She will be missed by all that knew her.

A Graveside Service will be held at the Oliver Municipal Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her beloved Charlie. Donations will be graciously accepted to the Canadian Cancer Society. Condolences may be left for the family by visiting www.nunes-pottinger.com
