A Robbie Burns dinner will be held on Friday, Jan. 23 in the upstairs Legion Hall.

Tickets are on sale now in the lounge for $35 each. This will be a roast beef  dinner with entertainment. The Penticton Pipe Band will help provide a Scottish evening for all.

A report on the poppy campaign indicated the legion raised over $9,000 this year.

It is with great thanks to all branch members and residents of the community who participated in any way by canvassing, buying wreathes or just donating to the campaign.

A donation of $200 was approved for the Child Development Centre in Penticton.

Zone Commander Rick Lundin chaired the elections for the new executive for 2015.
