A new three-bay hangar will be constructed at the Oliver Airport.
Town council approved lease agreements recently with Jim McDonald, Tanya Lindley and Dave Gillespie.
The proposed hangar is south of the 10-bay hangar constructed in 2013.
The three individual lease agreements have a 25-year term.
