Music in the Park is moving the concert by Cod Gone Wild indoors tonight (Friday, Aug. 24) due to the smoky air conditions.

The East-Coast-inspired concert will start at 6:30 p.m. at the Sonora Community Centre.

“We want to provide a safer location for our audience as well as our performers,” said the Three Amigos, the organizers, in a news release Friday morning. “Sonora is wheelchair accessible and we will have chairs for everyone, so leave your lawn chair at home.”

The Three Amigos are Janis St. Louis, Roland Berg and Debbie Dundass. They organize the free Friday evening concerts that are normally held at Gyro Park throughout the summer.

“They give a wonderful performance,” they said, referring to Cod Gone Wild. “Not to be missed!”
