Some South Okanagan residents were shook up on Sunday morning during a mild earthquake.
The U.S. Geological Survey reports that a 2.6 magnitude earthquake occurred 18 kilometres northwest of Oliver at 9:45 a.m. on August 11.
The depth was recorded as 5.9 kilometres.
Residents in Oliver, Penticton and Okanagan Falls reported feeling the earthquake.
