Dear Editor:
I just wanted to send you a quick note (and a photo) regarding the Century 21 Premier Properties Blues Benefit Saturday night at the Watermark Beach Resort with James “Buddy” Rogers.
We really would like to thank all of those fans who attended and our generous sponsors for the donations to the silent auction.
Even though we didn’t have the attendance that we were hoping for, between ticket sales and the silent auction we were able to raise $2,100 to send one deserving child with disabilities to an accessible summer camp.
We’re already planning ahead for our second annual blues benefit next year and our goal will be to send two children!
