JF Launier, local car craftsman and founder of JF Kustoms, celebrates with car owner Kevin Mindel of Chilliwack, for his fifth Great 8 Winner award at the Detroit Autorama making history as the builder with the most wins.

The 1968 Cougar, built and customized by JF Launier and his talented team at JF Kustoms, has garnered widespread admiration for its impeccable attention to detail and innovative design elements. 

The multi-award-winning vehicle showcases Launier’s “unwavering commitment to excellence and his passion for pushing the boundaries of automotive customization,” the Osoyoos automotive company said.

At the Toronto Motorama, their exceptional talent and dedication led them to claim the title of Canada’s Grand Champion, also for the 1968 Cougar, further establishing their reputation.

Launier’s fifth Great 8 win cements his place as the builder with the most wins in history.
