A lot of smoke brought Oliver firefighters to a property on Tucelnuit Drive on Feb. 6.
Upon arrival at approximately 4:30 p.m., members discovered an “unattended” burn pile, according to media relations officer Rob Graham.
No more information was provided.
Residents are urged to never leave a fire unattended, and to ensure burning is allowed on the day you want to burn, depending on the venting index.
