Access to Kinsmen Spray Park and parking lot in Oliver will be restricted for three weeks as storm pipe upgrades continue as part of the Station Street project.
H & M Excavating will begin work to upgrade storm pipes to alleviate issues with storm water capture on Station Street, Main Street and Fairview Road.
The necessary work in Kinsmen Park will see some equipment and trees removed during the upgrade. The park will be remediated for regular use in the spring.
The Town says motorists should not expect delays on Fairview Road. But drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians are asked to be aware of crews in the area and follow all safety directions.
