It’s a walk in the park.
Oliver’s new parks on Fairview Road and Gala Street are progressing nicely, with crews busy weeding, planting and moulding them into shape.
A meditation path is the centrepiece of Fairview Park, while mimicking mother nature is the focus in Gala Park.
Public Works crews are tackling the many weeds in Gala, with the goal of having native species outcompete the undesirable plants.
