It’s time to honour a value agicultural crop which drives the local economy.
The Festival of the Grape takes place today at Oliver Community Centre.
The event begins at noon and should conclude around 5 p.m.
Festival of the Grape, coinciding with the annual Oliver Art Show and Sale inside the community centre, includes the annual Grape Stomp, a trade show, foor vendors, and more than 50 wineries.
There will be live entertainment provided by The Paperboys.
Tickets are $25, and can be picked up at the gate.
