Non-profit groups will benefit when residents sign up for Telus cable packages, says retiree

Dear Editor:

I wanted to let the local community know about a great offer for local non-profit organizations being provided by TELUS that we here in Osoyoos should really take advantage of.

When I signed up for Optik TV, I was given the option to choose from a list of non-profit organizations that would receive a $25 grant just because I signed up.

This is on top of the $25 for each new customer that TELUS will give to the Osoyoos Splash Park.

I encourage everyone who has signed up for Optik TV to go to http://telus.com/fibrecommunity and select their charity of choice.

I chose the Osoyoos & District Arts Council.

This program ends on May 30, so please don’t wait.
