Norman “Bud” Hoover has spent the better part of a century as a member of the Royal Canadian Legion.
On Sunday, Hoover, 94, was recognized for his time and received his bar and pin for 75 years of service at the Oliver Legion’s annual Honours and Awards Lunch and Volunteer Appreciation Day.
Hoover was one of 130 guests who also celebrated the Oliver Legion’s 90th anniversary.
