A man accused of the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl has been acquitted of all charges.
The victim testified that in October 2016, Bradley James Johnson assaulted her at a party at a home in Oliver where she was babysitting.
Johnson was found not guilty of sexual assault and sexual interference of a person under 16.
The two-day trial at B.C. Supreme Court in Penticton came to an end on Wednesday after Justice Alison Beames deemed a lack of evidence, despite believing the victim’s testimony.
