Capital improvements to Park Drive can be seen already despite construction only starting last week.
The road is closed to all traffic near Tuc-el-Nuit Elementary School as traffic calming initiatives begin. The work includes widening the road and installing a new sidewalk, curb and a raised crosswalk.
The road closure will continue to Aug. 30 to ensure the project is completed before the school year begins in September.
