A large amount of water on Black Sage Road has reportedly caused a single vehicle accident south of Oliver this afternoon.

Firefighters responded to a report of a vehicle that reportedly hydroplaned and ended up in a vineyard near Black Hills Road. The occupant self-extricated and escaped injury.

AIM Roads was called to deal with the water pooling on the northbound lane, which was said to have been caused by snow melt.
