1940 – 2024

We are saddened to announce the passing of Walter Steinberg of Penticton, BC. He went to be with the Lord on May 24, 2024.

He is sadly missed by his good friend, Joan Siemens; brother, Joe (Vi) Lund; numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Walter is predeceased by his brother, Jim and sister, Arlene.

Although he was known for his teasing nature, he will be remembered as a faithful friend.

A Celebration on Walter’s Life will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Providence Funeral Homes Chapel at 1258 Main Street, Penticton, BC. Interment of Walter’s urn will take place at a later date in Osoyoos Cemetery.
