Leonard Dalton Morrow


October 27, 1937 – June 2, 2025

On Monday, June 2, 2025, Mr. Leonard Dalton Morrow of Oliver passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the South Okanagan General Hospital at the age of 87 years.

He was born in Canora, Saskatchewan to mother, Angeline (nee Burke) and father, Leonard Leo Morrow.

Leonard will be fondly remembered by his loving family including wife, Lila of 64 years; daughters, Ramona Morrow and Roma Haughn; son Leonard Ross Morrow; grandchildren, Amanda Rimes (Matthew), Andrew Haughn, Alex Haughn, Jamie Lawrence, Benjamin Morrow and Rebecca Morrow; great-grandchild, William Rimes and long-time friend, Ron Nelson of Oliver, BC.

Leonard worked for the Bank of Nova Scotia for thirty years and then spent ten years managing a Super 8 Motel in Regina.

Over the years, Leonard enjoyed trips to Mazatlán, Mexico with Lila for 10 years and would stay for upwards of four months at a time. They also went on two cruises and many trips to Las Vegas.

Leonard was always very involved in his community and held many positions in the Kinsmen and Elks Clubs, the Royal Canadian Legion and was an avid Saskatchewan Roughriders fan. He also enjoyed golfing, bowling, curling and shooting pool with his many buddies.
