On Sunday, December 31, 2023, Guy Leon Robinson, passed away suddenly after a short illness, surrounded by family, at the age of 68 years. He is predeceased by his parents Marie and Zoel Robinson; eldest brother Albert Robinson; sister Doris Blaskin; niece Lori Blaskin; and father-in-law Grant MacPherson.Guy is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Debbie Robinson; sons Garth (Aubrey) and Glen (Glenda); grandchildren Jack, Penny, Landen and Malia; sisters Lucille (Pierre), May (Lorne), Sally (Lawrence), Aline (Doug), and Joanne (Martin); mother-in-law Maxine MacPherson; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.Guy worked as a Journeyman Carpenter for 50 years and during his career became interested in finishing and custom woodwork. He loved being outdoors, planning numerous camping and hunting trips that led him all over British Columbia, the Yukon and Alaska. Guy was a member of the Team Roping Association and participated in many events locally, as well as in Arizona, winning many Saddles and Buckles in numerous competitions.
