Under heavy skies a large crowd of nearly 200 Oliver residents turned out for the Remembrance Day ceremony at the Cenotaph to honour those who sacrificed in the two world wars and the Korean war and those who continue to serve.
A service was held at the Oliver Community Centre prior to the Cenotaph service and the Oliver Royal Canadian Legion hosted a lunch following the conclusion of the ceremony.
