When H.W. McLean Construction Ltd. held its Charity Golf Tournament in early September, it raised $11,000 for local children's programs. On Monday, partners Len McLean and Herb Wycherley turned over cheques for $3,500 each to the Osoyoos Child Care Centre and the Parents' Advisory Council (PAC) of Osoyoos Elementary School. The money will help to fund new equipment at the school's lower playground, which is shared with the Child Care Centre.
