An individual who refused to wear a mask in an Oliver pharmacy has to contend with a violation ticket from police.
Sgt. Don Wrigglesworth reported that RCMP received a complaint about a customer who didn’t want to wear a mask in a pharmacy. When police arrived, the individual presented a doctor exemption card.
“Upon further investigation this card was deemed to be fraudulent and a violation ticket will be issued,” Wrigglesworth said.

It’s not a law, the courts will throw it out.
