Born in Vancouver, British Columbia to Hilda and Gordon Kelly, she passed away peacefully in Osoyoos, BC just before her 93rd birthday.

She was predeceased by her husband Morrie Robb and her younger brother, Bob Kelly.

As a long-time resident of Osoyoos she trained to be a secretary and spent her working years at Eisenhut Insurance. She loved being around people and had a spunky, quick wit.

One of her pastimes was her gourmet cooking and entertaining her friends and neighbours and all the new people who moved into the neighbourhood.

Her passion in life were her dogs who were her loyal and loving companions throughout her life.

As her family, we want to thank the many loving and caring individuals who supported her to remain in her home for as long as safely possible.

Heartfelt gratitude goes out to Kitty for all her love and support to both Barbara and her “boy,” Riley her Golden Retriever and to Heather who gave her heart and soul in gifting Barbara with unconditional love and support right through her final days.

At Barbara’s request there will be no formal service.
