“Our tax rates bylaw needs to be adopted no later than the 15th of May. We do have some time before that gets adopted. I would delay bringing forward that bylaw just for this very reason, that we may have some changes, to give council the ability to do that,” said Jim Zakall, director of financial services for the Town of Osoyoos.
