Anyone interested in serving as a water councillor on Osoyoos town council can soon apply for nomination.
Nomination period is from 9 a.m. on Sept. 17 until 4 p.m. on Sept. 27.
The position represents water users in the Regional District Okanagan-Similkameen Area A within areas serviced by the Town of Osoyoos’ water district Systems 8 and 9.
The term will end in November 2022.
The election will take place on Nov. 2, with two advanced voting options on Oct. 23 and Oct. 30.
