A three-vehicle collision this afternoon south of Oliver has sent at least two people to hospital.
Firefighters, ambulance and RCMP were called to a crash on Highway 97 at Road 5 at approximately 2:15 p.m. On arrival, emergency personnel saw one mini-van in the middle of the road, a pickup truck in the ditch and a damaged car nearby.
An occupant of the mini-van was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries. An occupant of one of the other vehicles was also transported to hospital.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
