School District 53 trustees voted 5-2 on June 30 to rescind an April bylaw that would have closed Osoyoos Secondary School.

Before debating the bylaw, they also discuss the court case in which the Town of Osoyoos and several parents were seeking an injunction to keep OSS open. Trustees resented that their legal costs would come out of the budget for education.
