Osoyoos RCMP are seeking the public’s help to identify suspects who vandalized the washrooms and concession building at Gyro Park in the early morning on Friday.
RCMP said in a news release that they responded to the incident along with the Osoyoos Fire Department shortly after 7 a.m. Friday morning, Jan. 29.
Graffiti was spray painted onto the exterior and interior of the building. The suspects then set a fire inside the men’s washroom causing a significant amount of smoke damage.
If anyone has any information about who may be responsible or if anyone recognizes the graffiti tags, they are asked to contact Osoyoos RCMP at 250-495-7236 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS if they wish to remain anonymous.
