In the January 8 edition of the Osoyoos Times, we published an article and photo involving Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen board chair Mark Pendergraft and his comments about the successes of the regional district in 2013.
The photograph we used was originally published in the Penticton Western News last week.
The photo we downloaded and used in our publication was taken from the Penticton Western News website before receiving permission to use the photograph.
We apologize to the Penticton Western News for not receiving prior permission to use the photograph in our newspaper.
