An Oliver woman is heading to trial in Supreme Court on a single count of fraud.
Denise Turley, 80, is charged with one count of fraud over $5,000.
A pre-trial conference was held in Supreme Court in Penticton on June 11 to set a date for the trial. The trial is expected to start on July 22 in Penticton.
Any evidence put forward in pre-trial hearings is under a publication ban.
