Traffic outside of town was stalled on Monday afternoon after a Ferrari caught fire on Highway 3 east of Osoyoos.
The Anarchist Mountain Fire Department responded and extinguished the blaze between 82nd Avenue and Medicine Wheel Road around 3 p.m.
The owner of the vehicle said the fire sparked in the back end while they were driving and the cause is unknown.
Highway 3 reopened all lanes shortly before 4 p.m.
