LETTER: Resident happy with customer service from First Contractor Rona during recent renovation

Dear Editor:

If anyone is looking for customer service “to the max,” just see Tim Collingwood at First Contractor Rona in Osoyoos.

Our many problems doing a renovation were met with extreme patience. We have nothing but praise for the manner in which he handled the many issues we encountered.
